  • 01. THE SCIENCE OF MENOPAUSE

    A woman's menopausal journey can be a confusing time. This first Module will take you through some of the history of menopause as well as provide information about hormones and mindset that will lay a solid foundation for the rest of the course.

  • 02. NUTRITION & DIET CULTURE

    In this module you will learn about nutrition and how women at this stage of life best metabolize protein, fat, and carbohydrates. We will also discuss the negative effects of diet culture.

  • 03. EXERCISE , MINDFULNESS & LIFESTYLE

    This module is jam-packed with the best exercises for women on their menopausal journey. There will be video demonstrations of all of the exercises. As well, valuable information about mindfulness and lifestyle will be discussed to motivate you along the way.

  • 04. SLEEP

    This module takes a deep dive into sleep. You will learn what it means to have a good night sleep, the benefits of such, and the detriments of not. You will also take away some tools to help you create your own healthy sleep routine.
