THE SCIENCE OF MENOPAUSE

A woman's menopausal journey can be a confusing time. This first Module will take you through some of the history of menopause as well as provide information about hormones and mindset that will lay a solid foundation for the rest of the course. This module includes:

MODULE 3

EXERCISE & MINDFULNESS & LIFESTYLE

This module is jam-packed with the best exercises for women on their menopausal journey. There will be video demonstrations of all of the exercises. As well, valuable information about mindfulness and lifestyle will be discussed to motivate you along the way. This module includes:

SLEEP
